Sustainability is the intrusion of government entities into the lives of citizens. Excessive spending by government agencies for the cause of sustainability at the expense of repairing streets, ensuring adaquate police protection, equiping fire fighters, etc. is absolutely wrong. Conservation is a good thing and should be practiced, not forcing sustainability on those who oppose it.
